Let´s eat helthy food

 

We have been working with the students to make them understand what eating healthy means.

  • What does it mean to eat healthy?
  • What are the healthy foods we should eat everyday?
  • Which vitamins can be found in each food?

Working with the food pyramid, we realized that some foods should be consumed in great quantities, whereas others, in small quantities.

Each English group had to prepare a healthy menu. They elaborated a menu for the week (from May 23 to May 27) containing the three meals they have at school: morning snach, lunch and afternoon snack.

The English classes were responsible for the lunch menu of the week from May 23 to May 27)
